Processing Principle
By means of the transducer, electrical energy is converted into ultrasonicenergy. The ultrasonic energy is utilized to subject the tool to a vibrationfreguency of (i.e., 20,000 to 50,000 times per second), resulting in anextremely high impact acceleration (approximately 104A 10s times that ofgravitational acceleration). When combined with the main movement ofthe machine tool along the cutting direction, it causes high-frequencyvibration, significantly reducing cutting resistance and effortlesslyremoving residual machining material.
