Overview

The equipment utilizes a high-power QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) fiber laser as the light source and is equipped with a six-axis and five-axis linkage motion control system. By integrating adaptive positioning technology and real-time precise laser parameter control, it enables high-pre- cision cutting and drilling of circular holes, airfoil-shaped holes, and complex surface trajectories.

This system is specifically designed for high-efficiency cutting and drilling applications in aerospace and turbomachinery industries, particularly for sheet metal and forged components. Typical applications include airfoil hole cutting for compressor stators and guide vanes, as well as film cooling hole drilling and edge trimming of combustion liners, with or without coatings
